TERMS OF SALE
Users, consumers, or clients can place their orders through the website: www.liveshop.es.
Each user declares that they are fully capable of using credit cards and that their cards have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through www.liveshop.es.
During the purchase process, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by www.liveshop.es serves as proof of the transactions carried out. The user will receive confirmation of their order via email.
www.liveshop.es reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed (subject to product availability), except in the case of a clear typographical error.
www.liveshop.es reserves the right to reject any order from a user with whom there is an ongoing dispute.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
DELIVERIES:
Deliveries will be made within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the time the order is placed, throughout mainland Spain and Portugal.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be made by Express Registered Mail (Sdad. Est. Correos) within 4 to 7 business days.
For other countries, a shipping cost will be added before confirming the order, which will vary depending on the destination country.
For orders placed outside Spain or Portugal, Liveshop will not be responsible for customs charges or if the shipment arrives after the estimated date. International orders will be sent via regular mail with a tracking number.
RETURNS:
Returns must be received in-store within 15 CALENDAR DAYS from the date the order was received, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will be processed once the item is received in perfect condition and with its original tags.
If you used a FREE SHIPPING COUPON or purchased a DISCOUNTED ITEM or PROMOTIONAL ITEM, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. You can exchange it for another product or receive a STORE CREDIT for the value of the item(s). This store credit has no expiration date.
For purchases made using store credit, shipping costs must be paid separately, and shipping costs are never deducted from the credit.
If you use a store credit for a new purchase and there's a remaining balance, a new automatic code will be sent to the email associated with your account for use in future purchases.
BAGS AND ACCESSORIES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
ITEMS FROM DRESS CONDE CANNOT BE RETURNED, only exchanged for a different size or another item. You must notify us of your intention to exchange within 2 CALENDAR DAYS from the day you received your order.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item, you must notify us within 1 DAY of receiving the order, by sending a WhatsApp message to +34 615 418 728. In these cases, LIVE SHOP will replace the item at no cost to the customer. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order is shipped from the post office in Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena) - Málaga - Spain.
Will I have to pay customs duties for my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs charges. These charges are not under our control, and we are not responsible for them. It is up to your local customs office to determine these fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local authorities for more information.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
If you want to exchange or return an item, the first step is to notify us by sending a WhatsApp message to +34 615 418 728, stating the name and surname used for the order and the item you wish to return or exchange. (The item must be received in-store within 15 calendar days from the day you received it.) Once LIVESHOP approves the request, you have three options:

Take the item to the store in person.

Send it using any shipping company to our physical store at:
Liveshop, C/San Antonio, CC San Juan 17, Postal Code 29631, Arroyo de la Miel (BENALMÁDENA), Málaga. -
If you prefer, we can pick up the package from your home or any address you provide for a fee of €6.05.
In all three cases, the item(s) must arrive at our store within 15 calendar days from the date you received your package.
Our customer service hours are from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
