TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Users, consumers or customers have the possibility to place all their orders from the Internet site: www.liveshop.es.

Each user declares that he/she has full capacity to use credit cards and that he/she has sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products through www.liveshop.es.

During the purchase process, the user declares that he/she fully and unreservedly accepts all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by www.liveshop.es constitutes proof of the transactions made. The user will receive confirmation of his/her order by e-mail.

www.liveshop.es reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is placed (subject to the availability of the product), except for obvious typographical errors.

www.liveshop.es reserves the right to refuse an order from any user with whom it has a dispute.

DELIVERIES AND RETURNS:

DELIVERIES:

Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours, working days, depending on the time the order is placed, throughout Spain and Portugal.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be made by Urgent Certified Mail (Sdad. Est. Correos) and within 4/7 working days. Due to the current situation, with the Covid19, it is possible that orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, suffer an additional delay, since the customs is retaining the shipments.

For the rest of the countries an amount will be charged which will appear before the order confirmation, which will vary depending on the country of destination.

For orders placed outside Spain or Portugal, Liveshop will not be responsible for the cost of customs or if the shipment arrives out of date. Shipments outside Spain and Portugal will be sent by ordinary mail with a tracking number.

RETURNS

Returns must be in the shop within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order and the customer will be responsible for the costs. Returns will be made once the product has been received in perfect condition and with the original labelling. If you have used the FREE SHIPPING COUPON or you have bought a DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTION ITEM, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. It can be exchanged for another product or a VOUCHER for the value of the garment or garments, this VOUCHER does not have an expiry date and shipping costs will NOT be deducted from the order.

In purchases made with a return voucher even if the purchase is greater than this, the form of return will continue to be by voucher.

In the event that the voucher is less than the purchase amount, the customer will receive a new automatic code to the EMAIL used as a user on our website, with the difference to use in future purchases.

BAGS AND ACCESSORIES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

PRODUCTS WITH PARTY CODE HAVE NO RETURNS, only size can be exchanged if it is not a one-size-fits-all product.

In case of manufacturing defect or wrong product, the deadline will be 1 DAY from receipt, previously communicating it by whatsapp to the phone 615 418 728. In these cases LIVESHOP will replace the product without any cost to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be sent from the post office in Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena) - Málaga - Spain. 

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control nor are we responsible for it, and is the decision of your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so we recommend that you speak to your local authorities for clarification.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

If you want to return or exchange an item, the first thing you have to do is to send a whatsapp to 615 418 728 indicating the name and surname with which you placed the order and the item you want to exchange or return (the item has to be in the shop within 15 calendar days from the day you received it). Once LIVESHOP gives the OK you have three options:

Take it to the shop in person.

You can send it to us with the courier company of your choice to the address of our physical shop Liveshop, C/San Antonio, CC San Juan 17, CP: 29631 Arroyo de la Miel (BENALMADENA) Málaga.

If you prefer we can pick up the package at your home or address you indicate for 6,05 euros.

In any of the three previous cases the garment or garments must be in the shop within 15 calendar days from the date you received the package.

Our customer service hours are from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. (Spanish hour)
